This room also converts to a possible 5th bedroom with the futon sofa. Once again, access to the south facing views outside is assured by opening French doors.
The kitchen overlooks the living room and is accented by earth tone granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and warm pendant lighting. A formal dining room, neighboring the kitchen, seats up to 8 comfortably.
The master suite with king size bed and sunny sitting room, is serene, private, and overlooks the backyard pool area as well as stunning Channel Island views. No master suite is complete without a large walk-in closet or generous size bathroom with large walk-in shower, and this home delivers both.
Two bedrooms complete the upstairs floor plan; one just off the Master suite with twin beds and pocket doors for privacy, the other with full bed and access to the pool and patio.
