Villa Bougainvillea - Riviera Charm with Sweeping Views
This classic Santa Barbara property offers unobstructed views of the city, ocean, and Channel Islands. Located on the Riviera, the home looks out over a sea of red tile roofs, lending a European flavor to the setting. It was designed and built in 1930 by noted architect Henry Howell, whose homes reflect a distinctive sense of style and simple elegance.
