The kitchen is streamlined with glass front wood cabinets and an abundance of storage. All the amenities one would expect are present in this efficient space with dark granite counters, creamy yellow walls and stainless steel appliances. Sustainable cork floors flow through the kitchen to the main floor.
Sea Breeze offers two patios for enjoying the fabulous Santa Barbara weather. The North-facing back patio has a propane gas grill and a classic Weber charcoal grill. A smart feature is the pass-through serving window from the kitchen. The South-facing front patio offers sunshine and ocean breezes. It is a great place for dining al fresco, or napping in the warm summer sunshine.
Down the hallway are 3 well-appointed rooms which continue this property’s tranquil theme. The Master Bedroom has a huge corner window which illuminates the room. A contemporary glass-top desk is conveniently placed to provide a quiet and private place to work.
The Master Bathroom is flooded not only with natural light, but also with light filtered through a unique tinted window.
