Foothill Road will take you either direction with few stops, until you turn down into your desired area. The beach is a 10 minute drive. Drive 3 minutes to La Cumbre Plaza, a fabulous luxury Santa Barbara shopping center. There are also several excellent restaurants in the La Cumbre Plaza area. Downtown Santa Barbara, with its attractions and beaches, is an easy 10 minute drive.
